摘要
选取全国26个省份2006—2020年样本数据,纳入环境因素,考量产业结构升级、能源效率以及交互作用,使用MaxDEA软件的SBM超效率模型对绿色全要素生产率的指标进行实证研究和分析,在此基础上,针对绿色全要素生产率的技术、规模、综合效率与产业升级关系构建动态模型,并采用IV-GMM矩估计的方法对全国26个省份三大装备制造业的总样本模型进行回归。结果显示:产业结构升级、能源效率以及两者交互作用对绿色全要素生产效率具有正向推动作用,在分地区实证检验中,各地区的检验结果显著性不同。最后根据实证研究和回归结果,从环境规制和结构调整等方面深入探讨了提高制造业绿色全要素生产率的可能途径,并提出了可借鉴的政策建议。
This article selects sample data from 26 provinces from 2006 to 2020,incorporates environmental factors,considers industrial structure upgrading,energy efficiency and interaction,and uses the SBM super-efficiency model of MaxDEA software to conduct empirical research and analysis of the indicators of green total-factor productivity.Based on this,this paper constructs a dynamic model for the relationship between the technology,scale and comprehensive efficiency of green total-factor productivity and industrial upgrading,and uses the IV-GMM moment estimation method to regress the total sample models of three major equipment manufacturing industries in 26 provinces across the country.The results show that industrial structure upgrading,energy efficiency and their interaction have a positive driving effect on green total-factor productivity,and that in the empirical test in different regions,the test results differ significantly among different regions.Finally,based on empirical research and regression results,this paper explores in depth possible ways to improve green total-factor productivity in the manufacturing industry from the aspects of environmental regulation and structural adjustment,and proposes policy recommendations for reference.
