补肾类中药医治激素性股骨头坏死机制的研究进展

Research progress of the mechanisms of kidney-tonifying herbs in the treatment of steroidinduced femoral head necrosis

激素性股骨头坏死的主要临床症状为下肢无力,内收肌和髋关节疼痛,活动度下降等,激素性股骨头坏死因坏死范围广,使患者连同家庭背上灾难性负担。为明确补肾类中药治疗激素性股骨头坏死的机制。通过对中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普网(VIP)、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrance Library从建库成立到2023年7月2日文献进行检索。系统总结了补肾类中药治疗激素性股骨头坏死机制的相关研究,发现补肾类中药依靠激活相关信号通路推进成骨分化,阻止骨细胞凋亡,改善骨代谢,从而起到医治激素性股骨头坏死的效果。

Steroid-induced femoral head necrosis is mainly manifested as clinical symptoms such as lower limb weakness,adductor muscle and hip pain,and decreased range of motion.Due to its wide range of necrosis,the disease imposes a catastrophic burden on patients and their families.To clarify the mechanisms of kidney-tonifying herbs in treating steroid-induced femoral head necrosis,the literature,dating from their establishment to July 2,2023,was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Biology Medicine(CBM)Disc,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and Cochrance Library,and this paper systematically summarized the related research on the mechanisms of kidney-tonifying herbs in the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis,finding that they promote osteogenic differentiation,prevent osteocyte apoptosis,and improve bone metabolism by activating relevant signaling pathways,thus playing a role in the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
