摘要
在城乡二元结构背景下,留守儿童社交焦虑问题成为社会关注的焦点。基于社交焦虑作用机制模型,分析留守儿童社交焦虑的发生机制。采用干预实验研究法,对实验对象进行干预。结果显示,干预前,实验组和控制组在青少年社交焦虑量表(SAS-A)得分上无显著差异(p>0.05)。干预后,实验组和控制组在青少年社交焦虑量表得分上组间差异显著(p<0.01)。这表明,团体绘画艺术疗法能够显著降低留守儿童社交焦虑水平,并在改善留守儿童自我聚焦和外界关注方面有着积极效应。团体绘画艺术疗法的推广和国家、社会的共同发力有助于改善留守儿童社交焦虑问题。
In the urban-rural dual structure context,social anxiety among left-behind children has become a focus of social attention.Based on the social anxiety mechanism model,the occurrence mechanism of social anxiety in left-behind children was analyzed.The intervention experimental research method was used to intervene experimental subjects.The results showed that there was no significant difference(p>0.05)in the scores on the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents(SAS-A)between the experimental group and the control group before intervention.After the intervention,there was a significant difference(p<0.01)in the scores on the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents(SAS-A)between the experimental group and the control group.This indicates that group painting art therapy can significantly reduce the level of social anxiety of left-behind children and has a positive effect on improving their self-focus and external attention.The promotion of group painting art therapy and the joint efforts of the state and society can help alleviate the social anxiety of left-behind children.
