摘要
针对锡顶吹炉熔炼过程中氮氧化物的主要影响因素及产生机理,结合生产实际,通过调整工艺参数、结合脱硝工艺,提出控制氮氧化物的措施。实践证明:在炉渣硅酸度控制在1.3~1.4、熔点(1050~1150)℃、炉内温度(1050~1150)℃、保持炉内还原气氛,过程渣含锡小于20%、控制二、三次补风量≤3000Nm^(3)/h等条件下可降低N_(X)O_(Y)的生成。
It mainly introduced the main influcnce factors and production mechanism of nitric oxide in the smelting process of tin top-blow furnace.Combined with the production practice,nitric oxide control measures were proposed through process parameters adjustment and denitration process.Practice shows:when the silicate degree of furnace slag was controlled at 1.3~1.4,melting point was controlled in(1050~1150)℃,The inner temperature inside the furnace was controlled at(1050~1150)℃ to keep the reduction atmosphere,process slag's tin content was less than 20%,the makeup air of the second and third times ≤3000 Nm^(3)/h and so on,production of NXOY can be decreased with the same conditions.
