摘要
锌电解过程产生的酸雾,会腐蚀厂房、设备及危害操作人员,对锌电解使用酸雾必克剂治理酸雾的方法进行了研究,研究结果表明:采用连续滴入的方式加入,酸雾必克剂有效活性含量为(10~15) mg/L时,可有效抑制锌电解过程中的酸雾浓度。酸雾必克剂的加入,对电解电效、锌片外观质量、品质、槽温、槽压没有影响。
Acid mist generated in the process of zinc electrolysis can corrode workshops,equipment,and hazard operators,it is studied the treatment method for acid mist by acid mist inhibitor,study results show:the additional method of acid mist inhibitor is continuous titration,the effective activity content of acid mist inhibitor is(10~15)mg/L,acid mist concentration in zinc electrolysis can be restrained effectively.There's no influence on electrolysis power efficiency,appearance quality of zinc tablets,quality,cell temperature,cell pressure by the addition of acid mist inhibitor.
