十八辊单机架轧机板形控制、优化措施及应用

摘要 针对十八辊单机架轧机轧制中出现的头尾大边浪、斜纹浪、边中复合浪及C翘等板形缺陷,通过增加低速弯辊力补偿功能、优化轧机的张力和轧制力控制、调整板形的边部权重及修改板形曲线等措施,轧制板形得到极大改善,头尾大边浪长度控制在10 m以内,斜纹浪缺陷减少80%以上,边中复合浪及厚规格板形C翘缺陷均控制在4%以内。上述措施的实施后,解决了影响板形控制的难点问题,实现了十八辊轧机自动板形控制的稳定运行。 Eighteen-roller single-frame rolling mill has the following defects,big edge waves on the head and end,diagonal waves,side-middle compound waves,C warpage and the other plate defects,the rolling plate shape was improved greatly by increasing the force compensation function,optimization of rolling tension and controlling of rolling force,adjusting of shape edge weights,improving of shape curves,so big edge waves on head and end were controlled in 10 meters,defects of diagonal wave was reduced more than 80%,defects of side-middle compound waves and C warpage were controlled in 4%.Difficulties in plate shape control were resolved by the implementation of the above measures,and the stable operation of automatic plate shape control of an eighteen-roller single-frame rolling mill was realized.
