提高铝电解槽二次启动焙烧阳极导电率的研究及应用

摘要 分析了二次启动槽焙烧阳极导电率低的主要影响因素,采取对二次启动槽阴极表面处理、最大限度使阴极表面裸露、改变焦粒铺设方式、细化操作质量控制、提升操作人员技术技能等措施,使二次启动槽焙烧阳极导电率≥95%,成功完成57台铝电解槽的二次启动。 It analyzes the main influencing factors of extremely low electric conductivity of baked anode at the secondary start of electrolytic cell,therefore,the cathode treatment of the secondary started cell is adopted,the cathode surface is exposed to the maximum amount,the coke laying method is changed,fine control of operation quality is done,operators'skill is improved and so on,then the electric conductivity of baked anode at secondary start ≥95%,the secondary start of 57 aluminumelectrolysis cells has been finished successfully.
