摘要
针对高砷铅阳极泥砷、锑难分离的问题,采取熟化预处理-低温挥发脱砷固锑的新药剂和新工艺。通过试验确定的最佳工艺条件为:脱砷固锑药剂用量为5%、焙烧温度330℃、焙烧时间90 min,在此工艺条件下,铅阳极泥脱砷率≥90%,锑挥发损失率≤5%。
It is hard to separate arsenic and antimony in high arsenic lead anode slime,for the problem,new agents and a new process of curing pretreatment-low temperature volatilization arsenic removal and antimony stabilization was adopted.The optimal process conditions were confirmed by tests:agent dosage for arsenic removal and antimony stabilization is 5%,roasting temperature is 330℃,roasting time is 90 min,under the process conditions,the arsenic removal rate of lead anode slime is larger than 90%,the volatilization loss ratio of antimony is less than 5%.
