Analysis on the Construction Path of Food Biochemistry Teaching Team under the Background of“Three Wide Education”

秉承“三全育人”的教育理念,围绕地方应用型本科农业院校“食品生物化学”教学团队的建设,阐述教学团队建设的必要性,分析教学团队建设的历史、团队梯队培养方式、课程和实践教学改革、教材建设、科研反哺教学及取得的成绩,以期为其他院校的课程团队建设提供一定的参考。

In line with the educational concept of“three wide education”,this paper focused on the construction of Food Biochemistry teaching team in local application-oriented agricultural universities,expounded the necessity of teaching team construction,analyzed the history of teaching team construction,team echelon training mode,curriculum and practical teaching reform,teaching material construction,scientific research feedback teaching and achievements,in order to provide some reference for the construction of curriculum team in other colleges and universities.
