摘要
为适应工程教育认证的新环境,结合江苏大学食品类专业的实际教学经验,以“食品制造工艺学”课程为例,将成果导向理念融入课程教学,最终创建以学生为主体、以成果导向为准则的“食品制造工艺学”课程教学大纲。
In order to adapt to the new environment of engineering education certification,this paper combines the actual teaching experience of food majors in Jiangsu University,takes the course of Food Manufacturing Technology as an example,and creates the syllabus of the Food Manufacturing Technology course with students as the main body and Outcome-based education as the criterion.
