摘要
随着信息技术和互联网的快速发展,如何在传统教学模式中融入互联网信息技术,以实现新工科应用型人才的教学培养模式改革一直是教学研究者所关注的重点问题之一。翻转课堂教学模式是使学生在课前或课外时间借助互联网和信息技术获得所需知识,在课堂通过答疑解惑、讨论交流、应用实验、协作探究等活动形式完成对现有知识的学习和消化。这种新型教学模式不仅有效提高了线下课堂教学质量和教学效率,并且能够让学生在课堂参与中提高主动学习的能力,激发学生对课程的学习热情,对改变传统“灌输式”课堂教学模式以及改革工程实践教学提供了新思路。鉴于翻转课堂在食品类专业领域的研究较少,以食品科学与工程的核心专业课程“食品生物技术”为例,对引用翻转课堂进行探讨并提出建议。针对“食品生物技术”课程前沿性、实践性的教学特点和教学现状,对课程实施具体效果及存在的弊端进行评价。在工程教育认证新形势下,翻转课堂“以学生为中心”的教学模式的运用符合工程教育认证课程要求,同时也为培养具有食品行业实践创新能力的高素质复合型人才提供了保障。
With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet,how to integrate Internet information technology into the traditional teaching mode to realize the reform of the teaching and training mode of new engineering applied talents has always been one of the key issues that teaching researchers pay attention to.The flipped classroom teaching mode is to enable students to obtain the required knowledge with the help of the Internet and information technology before or after class,and complete the learning and digestion of existing knowledge in the classroom through activities such as answering questions,discussing and communicating,applying experiments,and collaborative inquiry.This new teaching mode not only effectively improves the quality and efficiency of offline classroom teaching,but also enables students to improve their active learning ability in classroom participation,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning in the course,which is very important for changing the traditional“Indoctrination”classroom teaching mode and reform engineering practice teaching provides new ideas.Considering the fact that there are few researches on the flipped classroom in the field of food majors,this paper took the core professional course Food Biotechnology of food science and engineering as an example to discuss and put forward suggestions on the teaching mode of using the flipped classroom.Aiming at the cutting-edge and practical teaching characteristics and teaching status of the Food Biotechnology course,the specific effects and disadvantages of the course implementation were evaluated.Under the new situation of engineering education certification,the application of the“Student-centered”teaching mode of flipped classroom met the requirements of engineering education certification courses,meanwhile it also provided a guarantee for cultivating high-quality compound talents with practical innovation ability in the food industry.
