乡村振兴视角下基于SWOT分析的榆林菌渣利用策略与定位研究

Research on the Utilization Strategy and Orientation of Yulin Fungus Residue Based on SWOT Analysis from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

在乡村振兴背景下,榆林食药用菌产业得到快速发展,年产菌渣约1.2万t。为促进菌渣的资源化利用,补齐食药用菌产业的短板,本文采用SWOT分析法,分析了榆林食药用菌菌渣利用的内部优势与劣势,外部的机会及威胁,提出了菌渣利用SO、ST、WO及WT战略及定位,期望为实现菌渣的科学利用提供理论依据,促进乡村振兴中产业振兴和生态宜居目标的实现。

In the context of rural revitalization,Yulin edible and medicinal fungi industry has developed rapidly.The annual output of fungus residue was 12000 t.In order to make up the shortage of edible and medicinal fungi industry and promote the utilization of fungus residues,the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of edible and medicinal fungus residues in Yulin were analyzed using the SWOT analysis method.The utilization strategy and orientation of SO,ST,WO and WT were put forward in order to provide theoretical basis for scientific utilization of fungus residue and promote the realization of industrial revitalization and eco-livable goal in rural revitalization.
