ZHANG Peitong's Clinical Experience on Treating Pancreatic Cancer with“Strengthening Body and Treating Cancer”

胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer,PC)是一种恶性程度极高、治疗难度大、5年生存期仅约5%的肿瘤。张培彤教授治疗胰腺癌临证三十余年,多用自拟方“六君二母汤”治疗胰腺癌患者,疗效确切。张培彤教授认为胰腺癌的核心病位在中焦,核心病机是脾胃虚损、气机不畅而导致的湿、热、痰、瘀、毒内生,故临证实行辨病和辨证相结合的个体化治疗,把握虚实,以清热解毒、清热利湿、活血化瘀、化痰散结、顾护脾胃、扶正固本的核心思想为纲,并将“扶正抗癌”的思想贯穿胰腺癌治疗的始终,临床疗效确切。

Pancreatic cancer(PC)is a tumor with high malignancy,difficult treatment and a 5-year survival only about 5%.Professor ZHANG Peitong has been treating pancreatic cancer for more than thirty years.He is good at“strengthening body and treating cancer”and often uses Liujun Ermu Decoction(六君二母汤)to treat pancreatic cancer.Professor ZHANG Peitong believes that the core position of pancreatic cancer is in the middle energizer,the deficiency of spleen and stomach,and the deficiency and stagnation of Qi result in the dampness,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and endogenous toxicity.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out individualized treatment combined with differentiation of disease and syndromes,to grasp the deficiency and excess,with the use of clearing away heat and detoxifying,clearing away heat and promoting dampness,promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and dispersing stagnation,protecting spleen and stomach,strengthening the body.The idea of“strengthening body and treating cancer”runs through the whole treatment process.
