浅论补脾胃泻阴火升阳法在肺癌术后的应用

Application of Reinforcing Spleen and Stomach,Reducing Yin Fire and Elevating Yang Method in Lung Cancer Surgery

肺癌的病机复杂,局部有癌毒停聚,全身表现往往以正虚为主。对于部分肺癌术后病人,可表现为局部癌毒虽除而全身正虚更甚,基于脾胃斡旋无力,正气不充这一特点,临证运用补脾胃泻阴火升阳法,并随症加减,恢复脾胃升降,益气升阳,内泻阴火,临床疗效显著。文章从中医角度探究肺癌术后的病因病机,阐述了应用补脾胃泻阴火升阳法治疗肺癌术后的理论依据,总结了补脾胃泻阴火升阳法治疗肺癌术后的临床应用现状,以期为临床治疗肺癌术后提供参考。

The pathogenesis of lung cancer is complex,with local stagnation of cancer toxin accumulation and the overall manifestation is often characterized by deficiency.For some postoperative patients with lung cancer,it can be manifested as local cancer toxin being eliminated,but overall positive deficiency is even more severe.Based on the characteristics of weak mediation of the spleen and stomach and insufficient vital Qi,the method of tonifying spleen and stomach,purging Yin fire,and elevating Yang is used in clinical practice,and it is added or reduced according to the symptoms to restore ascending and descending functions of spleen and stomach,replenish Qi and Yang,and internally purge Yin fire.The clinical efficacy is significant.The article explored the etiology and pathogenesis of postoperative lung cancer from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,elaborated on the theoretical basis of using the method of tonifying spleen and stomach,purging Yin and elevating Yang to treat postoperative lung cancer,and summarized the current clinical application status of the method of tonifying spleen and stomach,purging Yin and elevating Yang to treat postoperative lung cancer,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of postoperative lung cancer.
