试论“提壶揭盖”法及其扩展应用

Discussion on“Lifting Pot and Uncovering Lid”Method and Its Clinical Application

“提壶揭盖”法源自于对古代医家使用开宣肺气以通利小便的治疗经验的总结,已成为中医的特色治疗法则之一。然而传统意义上的“提壶揭盖”法局限于通过宣降肺气以治疗小便不利病症,作者认为“提壶揭盖”法的内涵是巧妙运用气机升降出入之理,以恢复脏腑之气化功能,临床可以扩展运用到诸多疾病中。如通过开宣肺气以利导膀胱、大肠,畅达心肺以疏达胞宫、精室,通利下焦以启达心、肺、胃之气机等,从而将“提壶揭盖”法广泛用于治疗小便癃闭、遗尿漏尿、淋漓不尽,大便秘结或溏泄不爽,月经后期、闭经,男子射精、勃起障碍以及咳嗽、气喘、痞满、呕哕等诸多病证中。

The method of“lifting the pot and uncovering the lid”is originated from the summary of the treatment experience of ancient physicians using open lung Qi to facilitate urination,and has become one of the characteristic treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the traditional method of“lifting the pot and uncovering the lid”is only limited to the treatment of urinary disadvantages by declaring and lowering lung Qi.This paper believes that the connotation of“lifting the pot and uncovering the lid”method is to skillfully use the principle of ascending and descending of Qi movement to restore the gasification function of Zang-Fu organs,which can be extended to many diseases in clinic.For example,by opening lung Qi to facilitate the bladder and large intestine,dispersing heart and lung Qi to dredge the uterus and spermary,and dredging the lower energizer to enlighten heart,lung and stomach Qi,so that the“lifting the pot and uncovering the lid”method is widely used in the treatment of urination,enuresis,leakage of urine,constipation or unpleasant discharge,late menstruation,amenorrhea,men's ejaculation or erectile dysfunction,cough,wheezing,distention and fullness,vomiting and many other diseases.
