金振口服液结合头孢曲松钠治疗儿童急性支气管炎临床研究

Clinical Effect and Safety of Jinzhen Oral Liquid(金振口服液)Combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in Treatment of Acute Bronchitis in Children

目的观察金振口服液结合头孢曲松钠治疗儿童急性支气管炎临床效果与安全性。方法将恩施州中心医院收治的107例儿童急性支气管炎(2021年4月—2022年2月)纳入研究,将纳入儿童以随机数字表法分成对照组(53例)与观察组(54例),予以对照组儿童头孢曲松钠治疗,予以观察组儿童头孢曲松钠+金振口服液治疗,数据观察:两组儿童疗效、治疗前后中医证候(发热、咳嗽及咳吐黄痰、咳吐不爽)积分变化、主要症状消失时间(咳嗽、发热、湿啰音等)、治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及肺功能指标变化、不良反应。结果与对照组儿童(84.91%,45/53)相比,观察组儿童治疗总有效率(96.30%,52/54)显著更高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组儿童主要症状消失时间(咳嗽、发热、湿啰音等)均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组儿童中医证候(发热、咳嗽及咳吐黄痰、咳吐不爽)积分、hs-CRP及IL-4水平、用力呼气流量(PEF)及第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV1/FVC)等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各组儿童中医证候(发热、咳嗽及咳吐黄痰、咳吐不爽)积分、hs-CRP及IL-4水平、PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均改善,观察组儿童治疗后中医证候(发热、咳嗽及咳吐黄痰、咳吐不爽)积分、hs-CRP及IL-4水平、PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组总不良反应率(3.77%,2/53)与观察组儿童(3.70%,2/54)相当,均较低(P>0.05)。结论金振口服液结合头孢曲松钠治疗儿童急性支气管炎临床效果显著,疗效较快,患儿恢复好,安全可靠,值得应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Jinzhen Oral Liquid(金振口服液)combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 107 children with acute bronchitis(from April 2021 to February 2022)admitted to Enshi Central Hospital were included in the study.The included children were randomly divided into the control group(53 cases)and the observation group(54 cases).The children in the control group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and those in the observation group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium+Jinzhen Oral Liquid.The efficacy of the two groups,the integral changes of TCM syndromes(fever,cough,cough with yellow sputum,and cough with dyspepsia),the time of disappearance of main symptoms(cough,fever,wet rales,etc.),the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 4(IL-4),pulmonary function indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results Compared with that of the control group(84.91%,45/53),the total effective rate of the observation group(96.30%,52/54)was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of main symptoms(cough,fever,rales,etc.)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(fever,cough,yellow phlegm and cough and cough),levels of hs-CRP and IL-4,forced expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1 and forced vital capacity(FVC)ratio(FEV1/FVC)of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,levels of hs-CRP and IL-4,PEF,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of children in each group were improved.The scores,levels of hs-CRP and IL-4,PEF,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total rate of adverse reactions in the control group(3.77%,2/53)was lower than that in the observation group(3.70%,2/54)(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children has a significant clinical effect.The curative effect is fast and the children recover well.It is safe and reliable,worthy of application.
