稳心颗粒联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Wenxin Granule(稳心颗粒)Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule(通心络胶囊)on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取南京鼓楼医院集团安庆市石化医院2019年4月—2022年4月纳入的108例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和观察组(54例),对照组采用西医常规加通心络胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及降钙素原(PCT)水平,并评估两组患者的生活质量。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、CRP、PCT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组的生活质量[简明健康调查量表(SF-36)]评分上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合通心络胶囊治疗对冠心病心绞痛患者具有明显的临床疗效,可以改善患者的血脂水平,降低患者的CRP、PCT水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule(稳心颗粒)combined with Tongxinluo Capsule(通心络胶囊)in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 108 patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease who were enrolled in Anqing Petrochemical Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(54 cases)and the observation group(54 cases)according to the simple random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine plus Tongxinluo Capsule and the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid level,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)of the two groups were compared,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),CRP and PCT in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the two groups increased after treatment,and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the scores of quality of life(SF-36)in the two groups increased after treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granule combined with Tongxinluo Capsule has obvious clinical effect on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.It can improve the blood lipid level of patients,reduce the levels of CRP and PCT of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
