醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xingnaojing Injection(醒脑静注射液)for Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法103例患者随机分为对照组51例和治疗组52例,对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组加用醒脑静注射液治疗,14 d为1个疗程。比较两组临床疗效,分别采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)、Barthel指数(BI)评价临床神经功能缺损、预后功能残疾水平和日常生活能力,脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评价生活质量,检测基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1抗体(TIMP-1)含量。结果治疗组临床有效率为78.8%(41/52),高于对照组的60.8%(31/51)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS、mRS评分、MMP-2和MMP-9水平显著降低,BI评分、TIMP-1及SS-QOL量表评分显著增加(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组NIHSS、mRS评分、MMP-2低于对照组,BI评分、TIMP-1,SS-QOL量表中活动能力、自理、上肢功能、总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效肯定,且可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection(醒脑静注射液)for patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and the impacts on quality of life.Methods A total of 103 patients with AIS were randomly divided into control group(51 cases)and treatment group(52 cases).The control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group received Xingnaojing Injection additionally.The treatment course was 14 days.The clinical efficacy was compared.National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score(NIHSS),modified Rankin scale(mRS)and Barthel index(BI)were used to assess the neurological function impairment,the extent of disability in prognosis and activity of daily living,respectively.SS-QOL scale was used to evaluate the quality of life.The serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)and human tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIPM-1)were deterimined.Results The clinical efficiency was 78.8%(41/52)in the treatment group,which was higher than 60.8%(31/51)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,mRS score and the serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.BI score,serum level of TIMP and SS-QOL scale increased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the NIHSS score,mRS score and MMP-2 were lower;BI score,TIMP,the scores of activity,self-care,upper limb function and total score of SS-QOL scale were higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection is effective for patients with AIS,and could improve their quality of life.
