摘要
随着我国社会老龄化日益加剧,阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)作为老年人群中最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,给社会和家庭带来巨大的经济负担和精神压力。近年来AD的发病机制仍未明确,但在患者脑内老年斑和神经纤维缠结周边有大量小胶质细胞(microglia)聚集,斑块内也有小胶质细胞浸润和炎症因子的释放形成的神经炎症,加剧了AD的发生和发展。藏药红景天活性成分络塞维(rosavin)药理作用广泛,具有良好的抗炎症作用。文章通过络塞维对AD中小胶质细胞的抗炎作用机制研究进展进行综述,为藏药红景天防治阿尔茨海默病的深入研究和开发新的靶向治疗药物提供参考。
With the increasing aging of China's society,Alzheimer's disease(AD),as one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases among the elderly,has brought tremendous economic burden and mental pressure to the society and family.In recent years,the pathogenesis of AD is still unclear,but there are a large number of microglia accumulation around senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles in patients'brains,and neuroinflammation caused by microglia infiltration and release of inflammatory factors in plaques,which aggravate the occurrence and development of AD.Rosavin,the active ingredient of Tibetan medicine Hongjingtian(Rhodiola rosea L),has extensive pharmacological effects and good anti-inflammatory effects.This paper reviewed the research progress of anti-inflammatory mechanism of Hongjingtian(Rhodiola rosea L)on AD microglia,providing reference for the indepth study of Tibetan medicine Hongjingtian(Rhodiola rosea L)in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and the development of new targeted drugs.
