摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种严重影响女性生殖功能的内分泌紊乱疾病,其病机复杂,缠绵难愈,对患者身心造成极大损伤。中医理论指出PCOS最主要的病机在于痰湿壅滞,故其治则应以祛湿化痰为主。苍附导痰汤作为祛湿化痰良品,根据临床辨证对PCOS患者实行随证治疗,疗效显著,不良反应较少,与化学药物联合用药,效果更为显著。文章立足于传统中医“痰湿”证候对PCOS发病机制的阐述及苍附导痰汤的临床应用,对近年来中医应用苍附导痰汤治疗PCOS及其机制研究的相关文献报道兹以综述,以期为苍附导痰汤更好地应用于临床PCOS的治疗提供参考。 Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is an endocrine disorder disease that seriously affects female reproductive function with complex pathogenesis,lingering and difficult to heal,causing great physical and mental damage to patients.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine points out that the main pathogenesis of PCOS is phlegm-dampness stagnation,so its treatment should be based on eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm.Cangfu Daotan Decoction(苍附导痰汤)is a good formula for removing dampness and resolving phlegm.According to clinical syndrome differentiation,it can treat the PCOS patients.It has significant curative effect and less adverse reactions.It is more effective when used in combination with chemical drugs.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine“phlegm dampness”syndrome on the pathogenesis of PCOS and the clinical application of CDaotan Decoction,this paper summarized the relevant literature reports on the application of Cangfu Daotan Decoction in the treatment of PCOS and its mechanism in recent years,in order to provide a reference for the better application of Cangfu Daotan Decoction in the treatment of clinical PCOS.
