适应性心理问题已经成为大学新生成长成才的重要影响因素和高校教育管理中不容忽视的重要内容。从发生在高校的心理危机案例出发,分析影响大学新生心理健康的主要原因,研究处理大学新生心理危机的干预措施,并结合高校工作现状和生物医学工程专业特色,提出大学生发展性心理健康教育的相关建议,旨在为高校心理危机干预提供有效的借鉴对策,推动发展性心理健康教育的不断完善,进一步保障学生安全,提升育人质量,创建和谐校园,维护社会稳定。

Adaptive psychological problems have become an important influencing factor for the growth of college freshmen and an important content in the university education management.This paper analyzes the main causes affecting the mental health of college freshmen,and studies the interventions to deal with the psychological crisis of college freshmen.Combined with the current situation of college work and the characteristics of biomedical engineering majors,the relevant recommendations on developmental mental health education were made,which aim to provide effective countermeasures for college psychological crisis intervention,promote the continuous improvement of developmental mental health education,further ensure students’safety,create a harmonious campus and maintain social stability.
