摘要
在深化产教融合专业学位研究生培养模式改革的背景下,以学前教育专业为例,剖析目前教育硕士培养中存在的理论导师和实践导师协同指导不足、理实交融不足等问题,提出完善以高师院校为主导,地方教育行政部门协调,中小学幼儿园及地方教研部门共同参与的“四位一体”协作育人平台,辅之以增强动力机制、全程实践反思机制、深度融合机制等完善策略,以促进教育硕士培养资源和要素的有效汇聚,激发各协作方的内生动力,形成深度融合、协同育人的宽广平台和长效机制。
Under the background of deepening the reform of the postgraduate training mode of the integration of industry and education,this paper,taking preschool education as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the current cultivation of master of education,such as the lack of coordination and guidance of theoretical and practical tutors,and the lack of integration of theory and practice,and proposes to improve the training of master of education led by normal universities,coordinated by local education administrative departments and“four in one”collaborative education platform is put forward,jointly participated by primary and secondary school kindergartens and local teaching and research departments,supplemented by the improvement strategy of enhancing the power mechanism,the whole process practice reflection mechanism and the deep integration mechanism,to promote the effective convergence of education resources and elements for master of education,stimulate the endogenous power of all partners,and form a broad platform and long-term mechanism for in-depth integration and collaborative education.
