乡村小学教师的通识素养“思维、知识及方法”

摘要 通识教育不是“无所不学、无所不能”的全才教育,而是一种由内在的思维、知识以及外在的能力组成的融会贯通的培养活动。人才培养离不开培养目标、培养内容与培养策略,将通识融入乡村小学教师的素养形成之中,以通识思维引领乡村小学教师的培养目标,以通识知识夯实乡村小学教师的培养内容,以通识方法融通乡村小学教师的培养策略。乡村小学教师回归“乡村”属性,立足乡村教育,坚定乡村发展的公民责任意识,也是通识教育的重要范畴。 General education is not an all-round education of“Learning everything and being able to do everything”,but an integrated training activity composed of inner thinking,knowledge and outer ability.Talent training can not be separated from training objectives,training content and training strategy.Integrating general knowledge into the quality formation of rural primary school teachers,to guide the rural primary school teachers with the general thinking of the training objectives,to consolidate the knowledge of rural primary school teachers training content,to integrate the training strategies of rural primary school teachers with the general knowledge method.It is also an important category of general education for rural primary school teachers to return to the attribute of“village”,base on rural education and strengthen the civic responsibility consciousness of rural development.
