“以生为本”教学改革的情感基础和教学反思——以警务GIS+犯罪制图工作室建设为例

摘要 警察院校对专业技术的实用性要求较高,为探讨“以生为本”教学改革的情感基础和教学反思,讨论了在理论教学中利用翻转课堂转移话语权的教学效果,提出尊重学生的独特性是激发学习积极性的原动力。在实验教学中采用“学生探索为主、教师引导为辅”的教学模式,有效激发了学生学习的主动性。教改实践结果表明,警务GIS+犯罪制图工作室开设的课程培养了学生的自主学习能力,并在教学实践中反思出贯彻“以生为本”的教育理念不能简单地转化为“学生被中心”的形式主义。 The purpose of this article was to discuss the emotional basis and pedagogical reflection of the“student-centered”pedagogical reform in the police academy,which requires a high level of professional and technical practicality.This paper discussed the pedagogical effects of using flipped classrooms in teaching theory and shifting discourse,and put forward that respecting students’uniqueness was a source of motivation for learning.In the experimental teaching,we adopt the teaching mode of“student exploration as the main focus,teacher guidance as a supplement”to motivate students to take the initiative to learn.After the educational reform practice,the police GIS+crime mapping studio courses had stimulated students’independent learning ability,and the teaching practice reflects that the implementation of the“student-centered”educational concept can not simply be transformed into the“student-centered”formalism.
