高职智能制造专业创新教育新探索

New Exploration on Innovation Education of Intelligent Manufacturing Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 近年来随着技术变革的不断深化,制造业正处于由传统向智能转型的关键时期,对人才在创新能力方面的要求越来越高。因此,职业院校应当紧跟时代发展需求,积极开展创新教育,注重创新复合型技能人才培养。在智能制造时代下,教师在数控技术与工业机器人技术专业教学中,应探索创新教育路径,不断提高学生的创新实践能力,促使学生更好地满足智能制造行业需求。基于此,阐述了高职创新教育的重要意义,分析了智能制造时代对高职人才培养提出的新要求,并以数控技术与工业机器人技术专业为例探索了创新教育的路径。 In recent years,with the deepening of technological change,the manufacturing industry is in a critical period of transformation from traditional to intelligent,which requires more and more talents in terms of innovation ability.Therefore,vocational colleges should keep up with the needs of The Times,actively carry out innovative education,and pay attention to the training of innovative compound skills.In the era of intelligent manufacturing,teachers should explore innovative education paths in the teaching of numerical control technology and industrial robotics,constantly improve students’innovative practice ability,and promote them to better meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing industry.Based on this,this paper expounds the significance of innovative education in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the new requirements for talent training in the era of intelligent manufacturing,and explores the innovative education path by taking numerical control technology and industrial robotics as an example.
