Good Influence of Education Runs Silently:Research on Ideological and Political Teaching of Introduction to Law

课程思政是高校思想政治教育的一种新模式,也是除思政课程之外的所有课程教学改革的一个新方向。“法学概论”是思想政治教育专业学生的专业基础课程,该课程具有较强的理论性和实用性,思政元素较为丰富,育人色彩较为浓厚。根据思想政治教育专业本科人才培养方案,调整授课内容,挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,借助科学适宜的教学手段和多样化的考评方式将其转化为育人资源,将探究精神、合作精神、批判精神等融入学生的心田,将责任担当、民族自信、爱国主义情怀等落到实处,落实立德树人根本任务,在“法学概论”这门课程中做到“守好一段渠、种好责任田”。

Ideological teaching is a new model of classroom education in Colleges and universities,and it is also a new direction of teaching reform of all courses.Introduction to Law is a core course for students majoring in ideological and political education.The course has strong theoretical and practical nature,rich ideological and political elements and strong educational color.According to Talent Training Program for undergraduate majors of ideological and political education,the author adjusts the teaching content,excavates the ideological and political elements contained in the course and transforms them into educational resources with the help of scientific teaching methods and diversified evaluation methods.In this way,the classroom teaching integrates the spirit of inquiry,cooperation and criticism into the hearts of students,and implements responsibility,national self-confidence and patriotism,hence realizes“Guarding a section of canal and planting responsible fields”in the course of Introduction to Law.
