摘要
学前教育专业培养的是能够满足现阶段学前教育需要的专业人才。为了使最终培育的人才具有实践性和专业性,需要在人才培养过程中,立足于实践要求对教学体系进行改革与创新。OBE理念是现阶段学前教育专业教育教学中广泛运用的一种理念,是以“学生为中心”、以“学生的学习成果为导向”的教育理念,基于OBE理念对学前教育专业的实践教学体系构建进行分析,提出其中存在的问题,并对推动实践教学体系有效落实的策略进行探讨,能够为提升学前教育专业实践教学质量提供有效指导和帮助。
The training of preschool education is to cultivate professional talents that can meet the needs of preschool education at the present stage.In order to make the final cultivation of talents practical and professional,it is necessary to reform and innovate the teaching system based on practice in the process of talent training.OBE concept is widely used in the present stage preschool education specialized teaching practice,which takes the students as the center,student’s achievement as the guidance.Based on the concept of OBE of pre-school education professional practice teaching system construction this paper carries on the analysis,puts forward the remaining problems,promotes practical teaching system and discusses the effective implementation of the strategy.It can provide effective guidance and help for improving the practical teaching quality of preschool education.
