以传统医药传承和创新为特色的人才培养思考

Thoughts on Talent Training with the Characteristics of Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Medicine in Universities

我国传统医药已经用事实证明其在人类健康保护和治疗中的重要作用,研究和开发前景巨大。近年来随着社会对高层次、高质量的传统医药人才的需求的快速增长,各大院校改革和创新药学人才培养的策略对促进和推动传统医药的发展起到了重要作用。从传统医药传承和创新中的人才、产业、文化、资源方面的问题出发,对传统医药传承创新的关键问题,即人才培养问题提出了建议。以期通过培养方案的进一步优化,人才培养各个环节的深入落实,师资队伍专业素养的进一步提高,来夯实和推动高校传统医药人才培养质量的发展。

China’s traditional medicine has proved its important role in human health protection and treatment,and has great research and development prospects.With the rapid growth of the demand for high-level and high-quality traditional medicine talents in recent years,the reform and innovation of the training strategy of pharmaceutical talents in universities has played an important role in promoting the development of traditional medicine.Starting from the problems of talents,industry,culture and resources in the inheritance and innovation of traditional medicine,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the key problem of inheritance and innovation of traditional medicine,namely talent training.It is expected to further promote the development of the training quality of traditional medicine talents in universities through the further optimization of the training scheme,the indepth implementation of all links of talent training,as well as the further improvement of the professional quality of teachers.
