城市群碳排放:特征挖掘、形成机理及达峰干预

摘要 城市群作为中国经济发展的主力军是碳排放的集中区,也是温室气体减排的突破口,更是碳达峰碳中和的关键责任区。以CNKI和WOS为数据源,利用文献计量法和内容分析法对其进行探索,在此基础上,总结中国城市群碳排放未来研究的方向。结果表明:(1)已有研究侧重于从国家层面和省级层面的数据展开分析,较少从时间和空间两个维度,尤其是考虑从城市群异质性视角分析碳排放的特征事实;(2)对城市群碳达峰方面的研究比较缺乏,且往往以京津冀、长三角、珠三角等单个城市群作为研究对象;(3)路径研究较为笼统,缺乏全面而细致地对城市群碳排放各项影响因素的深入分析,往往考虑单一政策的单一效应,忽略了政策工具组合的协同效应。综合来看,未来的研究应站在城市群发展全局,科学谋划城市碳达峰行动,合理做好城市群碳达峰的顶层设计,并重视优化城市群碳达峰干预的政策工具组合。 As the main force of China’s economic development,urban agglomerations are concentrated areas of carbon emissions,breakthroughs in greenhouse gas emissions reduction,and key responsibility areas for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.In this paper,CNKI and WOS are used as data sources to explore them by using bibliometric and content analysis methods.On this basis,the future research direction of carbon emissions in urban agglomerations in China is summarized.The results show that:(1)The existing research focuses on the analysis of data at the national and provincial levels,less on the two dimensions of time and space,especially considering the characteristics of carbon emissions from the perspective of urban agglomeration heterogeneity.(2)There is a lack of research on carbon peak of urban agglomerations,and single urban agglomerations such as Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are often taken as research objects.(3)The path research is relatively general,lacking a comprehensive and detailed in-depth analysis of various influencing factors of urban agglomeration carbon emissions,often considering the single effect of a single policy,ignoring the synergistic effect of the combination of policy tools.To sum up,future research should be based on the overall development of urban agglomeration,scientifically plan urban carbon peak action,reasonably map the top-level design of urban agglomeration carbon peak,and attach importance to optimizing the combination of policy tools for urban agglomeration carbon peak intervention.
