血脂异常及脂代谢紊乱的中西医诊疗现状与前景

随着生活水平的不断提高,我国血脂异常及脂代谢紊乱的患者越来越多。西医研究开发了多种调节血脂的药物,还可以将不同类别的调脂药物联合应用,但是在临床实践当中仍发现许多不足之处。中医在临床实践中常用单味中药、中药复方、针灸、艾灸、推拿等方法调节血脂,具有安全有效、无不良反应的特点,发现中医结合西医用药可以明显提高对血脂异常及脂代谢紊乱患者的疗效,可以减轻药物带来的不良反应,具有良好的研究前景。

With the continuous improvement of living standards,there are more and more patients with dyslipidemia and lipid metabolism disorders in China.Clinical medical research has developed a variety of drugs to regulate blood lipids,and can also be used in combination with lipid-lowering drugs,but many deficiencies are still found in clinical practice.In clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine usually uses single traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine prescription,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and other methods to regulate blood lipids,and has the characteristics of safety,effectiveness and no adverse reactions.It is found that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with dyslipidemia and lipid metabolism disorders,and can reduce the side effects of drugs,which has a good research prospect.
