创新型城市建设对科技人才创新绩效的影响——基于多时点双重差分法的检验

摘要 创新型城市建设为创新提供了新环境和新政策,对推动科技人才创新绩效的提高具有重要影响。本文基于2003-2018年中国城市面板数据,采用多时点双重差分模型研究创新型城市对科技人才创新绩效的影响。结果表明:①创新型城市建设能显著提高科技人才创新绩效,使用PSM-DID减少内生性问题并经过稳健性检验后的结果依旧显著;②从地理区位角度考察创新型城市建设影响科技人才创新绩效的空间异质性,发现,创新型城市建设对中部和西部地区科技人才创新绩效提升效果高于东部地区;③机制检验表明,创新型城市建设能够通过创新环境和财政支持提升科技人才创新绩效。 The construction of innovative cities provides a new environment and new policies for innovation,which is conducive to promoting the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents.Based on panel data of Chinese cities from 2003 to 2018,this article uses a time-varying did model to study the impact of innovative cities on the innovation performance of technological talents.The results show as follows.①The construction of innovative city significantly improves the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents,and the results of using PSM-DID to reduce endogenous problems are still significant after robustness test.②From the perspective of geographical location,this paper investigates the spatial heterogeneity of the impact of innovative city construction on the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents,and finds that the effect of innovative city construction on the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents in the central and western regions is higher than that in the eastern region.③The mechanism test results show that the construction of innovative city can promote the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents by optimizing the innovation environment and financial support.
