Treatment of Diabetic Skin Lesions Based on All Six Meridians Having Exterior Syndromes

糖尿病性皮肤病变是临床常见并发症,下肢皮肤感染等皮肤病变可以加重糖尿病患者病情,甚至导致严重后果。普遍认为治疗皮肤病变应当清热解毒为法,消渴病应当“养阴清热”为法,而倪青教授认为,病在气,伤在津血为消渴病并发皮肤病变的病理基础,治病当以运转气机,养护津血为主要原则。基于《内经》《伤寒论》提出辨六经,开阖枢运转气机论治糖尿病性皮肤病,通三阳以求疏导阳气布散通道,温养三阴以化生输布津血,旨在畅阳气之布散,运太阳以开,少阳以枢转,阳明以阖降,使得体表气机通畅,运转有序。太阴以开,布散水谷精微,化生津血,少阴阳气温煦枢转精微,厥阴调控阴血释放营养周身。

Diabetic skin lesions are common clinical complications.Skin lesions of lower extremities,such as skin infection,can aggravate the condition of patients with diabetes,and even lead to serious consequences.It is generally believed that the treatment of skin lesions should be the heat-clearing and detoxifying method and the treatment of diabetes should be the method of“nourishing Yin and clearing heat”.Professor NI Qing believes that the pathological basis of skin lesions complicated with diabetes is Qi and blood damage,and the main principle of treatment should be to run Qi movement and maintain blood.Based on Neijing and Shanghanlun,it is proposed to differentiate the six meridians,open and close the pivot and move Qi to treat diabetes skin diseases,unblock the three Yang to dredge the meridians for the distribution of Yangqi,warm and nourish three Yin to transform into blood and fluid,so as to smooth the distribution of Yangqi,active Taiyang to open,active Shaoyang to pivot,active Yangming to descend and make the body surface Qi smooth orderly.Starting from the opening of Taiyin,it disperses the essence of water and grains,transforms the production of fluids and blood,reduces Yin and Yang and warm the axis to turn the essence.Jueyin regulates Yin and blood to release nutrients throughout the body.
