加味定喘汤辅助西药治疗对肺结核免疫功能及安全性的影响

Effect of Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction(加味定喘汤)on Immune Function and Safety of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treated with Western Medicine

目的观察加味定喘汤联合胸腺肽治疗肺结核的免疫功能和安全性。方法将2020年9月—2022年1月入院的120例肺结核患者纳入研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予胸腺肽治疗,观察组给予加味定喘汤联合注射用胸腺肽治疗,比较两组免疫功能、血脂代谢、肺功能、不良反应及炎症指标等。结果治疗后,观察组免疫指标CD_(3)^(+)T细胞、CD_(4)^(+)T细胞水平高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)T细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05);血脂代谢指标观察组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)值明显升高,LDL-C值降低(P<0.05);观察组炎症指标白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组较对照组不良反应发生率降低,治疗效果显著高于对照组。结论加味定喘汤联合胸腺肽治疗肺结核患者的临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the immune function and safety of Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction(加味定喘汤)combined with thymosin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From September 2020 to January 2022 in the hospital,120 cases of tuberculosis patients in the object of study were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given Thymosin and the observation group was given Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction.The immune function,adverse reactions,lipid metabolism,pulmonary function and inflammatory indexes of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of CD_(3)^(+) T cells and CD_(4)^(+) T cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD_(8)^(+) T cells were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in the observation group were significantly increased,while low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were decreased(P<0.05).Lung function indexes[first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and one second rate(FEV1/FVC)]in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the therapeutic effect was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction combined with thymosin is effective in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
