基于中医传承辅助平台的古代香衣香体方用药规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Ancient Fragrant Cloth and Body Prescriptions Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析古代香衣香体方组方规律。方法检索《中华医典》(湖南电子音像出版社,第5版)和中国中医科学院中国医史文献研究所自主研发的“中医古籍知识库”数据库中古代香衣香体方剂,通过人机结合的方式,抽取方剂编号、方剂名称、药物组成、药物组成、制法与药量、方剂来源、记载书目朝代、备注等项目等关键信息,对中药名称进行规范,构建数据库。使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行性味归经、频次统计、组方规律、候选新方的分析。结果按照纳入和剔除标准筛选收录方剂66首,涉及中药100味。药性以温为主,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,多归脾胃经,前5名高频药物为丁香、麝香、沉香、甘松、檀香,并演化得到候选新处方8首。结论揭示了香衣香体方组方规律,选方用药多以辛温芳香、健补脾胃药物,以达到养生保健、防疫抗病作用,为新方的研发提供了线索和参考。

Objective To analyze and summarize the composition principles of ancient fragrant cloth and body prescriptions based on the TCM Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Methods It searched the Chinese Medical Code and the database of knowledge base of ancient Chinese medical books independently developed by the Institute of Chinese Medical History literature,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,collected the key information such as the number and names of the prescriptions,drug composition,dosage,source of prescriptions,recorded bibliography,dynasties and times by human-computer integration and constructed a database.It used the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)to conduct the analysis of the candidate new formula rule of the frequency statistics of natures,tastes and meridian tropism.Results According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,66 prescriptions were screened,involving 100 Chinese medicines mainly with warm properties,and most of them with bitter and sweet tastes,mostly belonging to the spleen and stomach meridians.The top 5 drugs with high frequency were Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos),Shexiang(Moschus),Chenxiang(Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum),Gansong(Nardostachyos Radix Et Rhizoma)and Tanxiang(Santali Albi Lignum),and 8 candidate new prescriptions were developed.Conclusion It reveals the rules of fragrant cloth and body prescriptions,and the selected prescriptions are mostly spicy,warm and fragrant drugs to strengthen spleen and stomach,so as to achieve health care,epidemic prevention and disease resistance,which provides clues and reference for the research and development of new prescriptions.
