穴位针灸疗法对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底功能恢复及血清IL-6、IL-1β水平的影响

Effects of Acupoint Acupuncture Therapy on Pelvic Floor Function Recovery and Serum Levels of Il-6 and Il-1βin Patients with Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的分析穴位针灸疗法对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底功能恢复及血清IL-6、IL-1β水平的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月收治的产后盆底功能障碍患者86例为研究对象,随机分为对照组43例和观察组43例。对照组予以常规盆底康复治疗,观察组在此基础上加用穴位针灸疗法。比较两组治疗前后盆底肌力、盆底障碍影响简易问卷(PFIQ-7)、盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)评分、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-lβ)水平,比较两组临床疗效及并发症。结果治疗后,两组盆底肌力均明显改善,其中观察组盆底肌力较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PFIQ-7、PFDI-20评分低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-lβ水平均下降,其中观察组各水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05),痔疮、膀胱膨出等并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位针灸疗法能够改善盆底功能障碍患者的盆底肌力,促进盆底功能恢复,且能够改善血清炎症因子水平,减少并发症,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint acupuncture therapy on the recovery of pelvic floor function and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 86 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases).The control group was given routine pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was additionally given acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on this basis.The scores of pelvic-floor muscle strength,pelvic-floor disorder influence simple questionnaire(PFIQ-7),pelvic-floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)and the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-1βwere compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was significantly improved,and the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was improved more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PFIQ-7 and PFDI-20 scores of the two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-lβin both groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than that in the control group(74.42%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as hemorrhoids and cystocele was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture therapy can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,and can improve the level of serum inflammatory factors and reduce complications,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
