生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌锻炼应用于产后盆底肌力康复的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength rehabilitation

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌锻炼治疗在产后盆底肌力康复中的临床效果。方法选取92例产后盆底肌力康复产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各46例。试验组采取生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌锻炼,对照组单纯采取盆底肌锻炼。比较两组产妇的盆底肌力、盆底肌疲劳度及产后并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组产妇的盆底肌力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组2级肌力、3级肌力、4级肌力下Ⅰ类肌纤维与Ⅱ类肌纤维的盆底肌疲劳度值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组产妇的产后并发症发生率为6.52%,显著低于对照组的23.91%(P<0.05)。结论产妇盆底肌力康复中实施生物反馈电刺激疗法联合盆底肌锻炼可增强盆底肌力,减轻盆底肌疲劳度,预防产后并发症发生,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength rehabilitation.Methods 92 puerperal women with pelvic floor muscle strength recovery were divided into control group and experimental group with 46 cases in each group according to random number table method.The experimental group took biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the control group only took pelvic floor muscle exercise.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor muscle fatigue and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle fatigue of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ muscle fibers in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group under grade 2,grade 3 and grade 4 muscle strength(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in experimental group was 6.52%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(23.91%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can enhance the of pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce pelvic floor muscle fatigue and prevent postpartum complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
