不同负压吸引技术对稽留流产清宫术患者疼痛程度及术后康复的影响

Effects of different negative pressure suction techniques on pain degree and postoperative recovery of missed abortion patients undergoing uterine clearing

目的探讨手动负压吸引与传统电动负压吸引技术对稽留流产清宫术患者疼痛程度及术后康复的影响。方法选取70例稽留流产患者,采用抛硬币法将其分为研究组与对照组,各35例。对照组行电动负压吸引器清宫,研究组行一次性手动负压吸引器清宫,比较两组子宫收缩疼痛程度、手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组子宫收缩疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后阴道出血时间及月经复潮时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(2.86%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比电动负压吸引器,在稽留流产清宫术过程中应用手动负压吸引器手术时间短、创伤轻、并发症少,更利于患者术后康复,是一种安全、可靠的清宫方式。

Objective To explore the effects of manual negative pressure aspiration and traditional electric negative pressure aspiration on pain and postoperative recovery of missed abortion patients.Methods 70 missed abortion patients were selected and divided into study group and control group with 35 cases each by coin toss method.The control group received electric negative pressure aspirator to clear the uterus,and the study group received one-time manual negative pressure aspirator to clear the uterus.The degree of uterine contraction pain,operation and postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of uterine contraction pain in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time were significantly shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<o.o5).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.86%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion s Compared with electric negative pressure aspirator,the application of manual negative pressure aspirator in the process of uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion has shorter operation time,less trauma and fewer complications,which is more conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and is a safe and reliable way to clearthe palace.
