麦角新碱联合缩宫素用于剖宫产产妇产后出血的临床效果与药学机制分析

Analysis of clinical effect and pharmaceutical mechanism of ergometrine combined with oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的分析麦角新碱联合缩宫素用于剖宫产产妇产后出血的临床效果与药学机制。方法选取60例剖宫产产后出血产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组单用缩宫素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合麦角新碱治疗。比较两组止血时间、出血量、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组止血时间短于对照组,且用药后2h、24h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组止血总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗剖宫产产妇产后出血能够取得更好的止血效果,最大程度缩短产妇的止血时间,减少出血量,具有安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and pharmaceutical mechanism of ergometrine combined with oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin alone,and the study group was treated with ergometrine on the basis of the control group.The hemostatic time,blood loss,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostatic time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the blood loss at 2 h and 24 h after medication was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The total effective rate of hemostasis in the study group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ergometrine combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section can achieve better hemostatic effect,shorten the hemostatic time and reduce the amount of bleeding to the greatest extent,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
