健康教育对门诊妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of health education on self-management and blood glucose control in outpatients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探究健康教育对门诊妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响。方法选取70例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上采取加强健康教育。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、自我管理评分及血糖情况。结果观察组患者胎儿窒息、胎儿畸形、感染等并发症发生率(2.86%)低于对照组(25.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血糖自我管理、饮食自我管理以及体重控制评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施健康教育措施在妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理中,可显著降低并发症发生率,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of health education on self-management and blood glucose control in outpatient patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in control group took routine nursing mode,and patients in observation group took strengthening health education on the basis of control group.Complications,self-management scores and blood glucose were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of fetal asphyxia,fetal malformation,infection and other complications in observation group(2.86%)was lower than that in control group(25.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood glucose selfmanagement,diet self-management and weight control scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in observation group were better than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<o.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education measures in the self-management of gestational diabetes patients can significantly reduce the incidence of various complications and improve the outcome of pregnancy,which is worthy ofclinical promotion.
