摘要
溶血性尿毒症综合征是微血管性溶血性贫血的一种疾病,临床罕见。本文就1例HELLP综合征并非典型性产后溶血性尿毒症综合征进行分析及报道。
Hemolytic uremic syndrome is a disease of microvascular hemolytic anemia,which is rare in clinic.In this paper,a case of HELLP syndrome not typical postpartum hemolytic uremic syndrome was analyzed and reported.
