摘要
目的探讨病例导入式问题导向学习(PBL)教学模式在妇产科规培生妇科内分泌疾病中的应用效果。方法选取100名妇产科实习学生,将学生根据教学方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组50名。观察组使用病例导入式PBL教学模式,对照组使用传统教学模式。比较两组患者的治疗效果和学生学习效果。结果观察组学生学习成绩、学生学习满意度、学生自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生问题解决能力、学生团队合作能力评分均高于对照组,患者治疗效果(78.5±3.2)%高于对照组的(75.2±2.8)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例导入式PBL教学模式在妇产科规培生妇科内分泌疾病应用中具有良好的效果,可提高学习效果和治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of case-led problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in gynecological and endocrinological diseases.Methods 100 interns of obstetrics and gynecology were selected,The students according to different teaching methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 students in each group.The observation group used the case-led PBL teaching mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The therapeutic effect and students learning effect of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of students'academic performance,students'learning satisfaction and students'autonomous learning ability in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of problem solving ability and teamwork ability of students in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the therapeutic effect of patients in observation group was(78.5±3.2)%higher than that in control group(75.2±2.8)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching model with case introduction has good effect in the application of gynecological endocrinological diseases,which can improve the learning effect and treatment effect.
