一日门诊综合管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者母婴结局的影响

Effect of one-day outpatient comprehensive management mode on maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetesmellitus patients

目的探讨一日门诊综合管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者母婴结局的影响。方法选取产科门诊初检至分娩结束的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照产检时间不同分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组开展门诊常规指导,研究组开展一日门诊综合管理模式。比较两组患者的血糖水平及母婴不良结局发生情况。结果干预前,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后FPG、2hPG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组母婴不良结局发生率为11.11%,低于对照组的31.11%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实施一日门诊综合管理模式,能够有效的控制患者血糖水平,从而改善母婴结局,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of one-day outpatient comprehensive management mode on maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from initial examination to the end of delivery were divided into control group and study group according to the diferent time of antenatal examination,with 45 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine out-patient guidance,and the research group carried out one-day out-patient comprehensive management mode.Blood glucose levels and adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of FPG and 2 hPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was 11.11%,which was lower than 31.11%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of one-day outpatient comprehensive management mode for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients,thereby improving the outcome of mothers and infants,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
