人文关怀护理对先兆流产患者自护能力与不良母婴结局的影响

Effects of humanistic care on self-care ability and adverse maternal and infant outcomes in patients with threatened abortion

目的探讨人文关怀护理对先兆流产患者自护能力与不良母婴结局的影响。方法选取340例先兆流产患者,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与人文组,各170例。参照组开展常规护理,人文组开展人文关怀护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后人文组心理韧性各维度、面对评分、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、自我效能感量表(GSES)各条目平均分及GSES评分较参照组更高,不良母婴结局发生率、回避及放弃评分较参照组更低(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理有助于改善先兆流产患者负面情绪,转变其对待疾病的态度,提高自我效能及自护能力,降低不良母婴结局发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care on self-care ability and adverse maternal and infant outcomes of patients with threatened abortion.Methods 340 patients with threatened abortion were divided into reference group and humanities group(170 cases each)according to random number table method.The reference group carried out routine nursing,and the humanistic group carried out humanistic nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The average scores and GSES scores of all dimensions of mental toughness,face score,self-care ability scale(ESCA)and self-efficacy scale(GSES)in the humanistic group were higher than those in the reference group,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,avoidance and abandonment scores were lower than those in the reference group(P<o.05).Conclusion Humanistic care can improve the negative emotions of patients with threatened abortion,change their attitude towards the disease,improve self-efficacy and self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
