中医整体护理联合分娩球对初产妇自然分娩的影响

The influence of TCM holistic nursing combined with birthing ball on natural childbirth of primipara

目的探讨中医整体护理联合分娩球对初产妇自然分娩的影响。方法选取80名自然分娩的初产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40名。对照组采取常规护理指导实施干预,观察组采取中医整体护理与分娩球的联合应用实施干预。比较两组会阴损伤程度、产程、分娩情况及不良妊娠结局。结果观察组会阴侧切率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程均短于对照组,产后2h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿1min的Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(5.00%)略低于对照组(15.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取中医整体护理联合分娩球实施干预,能降低自然分娩产妇的会阴侧切率,还有利于缩短产程,对妊娠结局的改善效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of TCM holistic nursing combined with birthing ball on natural childbirth of primipara.Methods 80 natural parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group(40 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing guidance,while the observation group was treated with the combined application of TCM holistic nursing and birthing ball.The degree of perineal injury,labor and delivery conditions,and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The lateral perineal resection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss 2 h after delivery was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score 1 min between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group(5.00%)was slightly lower than that in control group(15.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.o5).Conclusion The intervention of TCM holistic nursing combined with delivery ball can reduce the perineal lateral incision rate of natural parturients,and also help shorten the labor time.The improvement effect on pregnancy outcome is obvious,and it is worth of clinical promotion.
