中医外治法促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的临床护理效果

Clinical nursing effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to promote gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopy

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜术后患者实施中医外治法干预后的临床效果。方法选取110例妇科腹腔镜术后患者,根据干预方法不同分为研究组与参照组,各55例。参照组采用常规治疗及护理干预,研究组采用中医外治法干预。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、干预前后生活质量评分、肠鸣音恢复及首次肛门排气时间。结果研究组患者总有效率(89.09%)高于参照组(65.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率(20.00%)低于参照组(38.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组躯体功能、心理功能评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜术后患者实施中医外治法干预,疗效显著,可有效促进肠鸣音恢复及肛门排气,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in gynecological laparoscopic patients.Methods 110 gynecological laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into study group and reference group according to different treatment methods,55 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment and nursing intervention,while the study group was treated with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,quality of life score before and after intervention,bowel sound recovery and first anal exhaust time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(89.09%)was higher than that of the reference group(65.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group(20.00%)was lower than that in reference group(38.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function and psychological function in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound and the first anal exhaust time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in gynecological laparoscopic patients after surgery has significant curative effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal sound and anal exhaust,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
