基于责任助产模式下的优质护理在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of quality care based on responsible midwifery model in women with painless labor

目的探究基于责任助产模式下的优质护理在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取60名产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30名。对照组实施常规分娩护理,观察组实施基于责任助产模式下的优质护理,比较两组分娩情况、分娩恐惧情况及母婴并发症情况。结果观察组产程时间短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组分娩恐惧情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产道损伤、尿潴留、产后感染、新生儿窒息等母婴并发症总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于责任助产模式下的优质护理应用于无痛分娩产妇中,可改善分娩情况,缓解其对分娩的恐惧情绪,同时还能够有效减少母婴并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of quality nursing based on responsible midwifery model in women with painless labor.Methods 60 parturients were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group received high-quality care based on the responsible midwifery model.The situation of delivery,fear of delivery and maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups.Results The labor time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the postpartum blood loss of 2 h was lower than that of control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of fear of childbirth in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of maternal and infant complications such as birth canal injury,urinary retention,postpartum infection and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing based on the responsible midwifery model in painless delivery can improve the delivery situation,alleviate their fear of childbirth,and effectively reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
