HPLC法测定夏枯草籽及夏枯草籽油中迷迭香酸的含量

摘要 目的:建立夏枯草籽及夏枯草籽油中迷迭香酸含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Ultimate XB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温为25℃,检测波长为330 nm,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶16∶66),流速1.0 mL/min。结果:迷迭香酸线性范围为0.20~1.23μg(R^(2)=0.9993);夏枯草籽和夏枯草籽油样品中迷迭香酸的平均回收率分别为99.22%(RSD为1.70%)、100.15%(RSD为2.04%)。结论:该方法操作简单,可靠,重复性好,可用于夏枯草籽及夏枯草籽油中迷迭香酸的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of rosmarinic acid in Prunellae spica seeds and oil-type Prunellae spica seeds by HPLC.Methods Ultimate XB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used and the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 330 nm,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-Methanol-0.1%H_(3)PO_(4) solution (18∶16∶66),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results thelinear ranges ofrosmarinic acid was 0.20-1.23μg(R^(2)=0.9993);and the average recoveries of rosmarinic acid in Prunellae spica seeds and oil-type Prunellae spica seeds was 99.22%(RSD 1.70%),100.15%(RSD 2.04%),respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,reliable,efficient,and can be used for determination of rosmarinic acid in Prunellae spica seeds and oil-type Prunellae spica seeds.
