宁泌泰胶囊治疗精液不液化有效性与安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Efficacy and Safety of Ningbitai-capsules in the Treatment of Nonliquefaction of Semen

目的:系统评价宁泌泰胶囊治疗精液不液化的疗效和安全性。方法:检索CNKI、WanFang、VIP、CBM、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库,检索时间从建库之日到2022年3月31日。筛选应用宁泌泰胶囊治疗精液不液化的随机对照试验(RCT),运用Cochrane协作网风险偏倚评估工具对纳入的文献进行质量评价,使用RevMan5.4软件对结局指标进行Meta分析。结果:纳入6篇RCT文献,共629例患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组总有效率高于对照组[OR=3.96,95%CI(2.31,6.78),P<0.00001],在缩短精液液化时间[MD=-8.53,95%CI(-15.35,-1.70),P=0.01]、增加前向运动精子百分比[MD=10.54,95%CI(8.51,12.58),P<0.00001]、提高精子活力[MD=15.13,95%CI(5.43,24.83),P=0.002]、提高精子存活率[MD=8.61,95%CI(0.96,12.25),P=0.03]、增加精液量[MD=0.06,95%CI(0.01,1.32),P=0.05]均显著有效,且无明显的不良反应。亚组分析表明:宁泌泰胶囊治疗精液不液化见效较快,一般疗程达到4周时治疗组的疗效即高于对照组。结论:基于现有方法和得到的数据,宁泌泰胶囊治疗精液不液化有一定疗效且相对安全,但仍需采用多中心、大样本、设计符合国际标准的临床试验方案进行验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety ofNingbitai-capsules in the treatment of semen nonliquefaction.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)onNingbitai-capsules for semen nonliquefaction were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library and other databases from the date of library by computer from inception to March 31,2022.Evaluate the methodological quality of the literature,and meta-analysis of outcome indicators using revman5.4 software.Results Six rct literature were included with a total of 629 patients.The results of the meta-analysis showed that experimental group was higher than that in the control group[OR=3.96,95%CI(2.31,6.78),P<0.00001],In shortening the semen liquefaction time,[MD=-8.53,95%CI(-15.35,-1.70),P=0.01],Increase the percentage of forward motor sperm[MD=10.54,95%CI(8.51,12.58),P<0.00001],improve sperm motility[MD=15.13,95%CI(5.43,24.83),P=0.002],to improve sperm survival[MD=8.61,95%CI(0.96,12.25),P=0.03],Increase the amount of semen[MD=0.06,95%CI(0.01,1.32),P=0.05]were significantly valid,There were no obvious adverse effects.Subgroup analysis showed that the effect of Ningutai capsule was faster,and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Based on the existing data and methods,Ningbutai capsule treatment semen liquefaction has certain efficacy and relatively safety,However,the results of this study need further verification by more high-quality randomized controlled trials.
