对新时代体育强国建设的内涵、体育强国建设与经济高质量发展的逻辑关系,以及体育强国建设对推动经济高质量发展的多元价值进行系统研究,认为:体育强国建设对于实现经济高质量发展具有重要意义,体现为全民健身是提升劳动力素质水平的关键保障,竞技体育是促进体育与经济社会融合的核心纽带,体育产业是实现经济转型升级的重要引擎,体育文化是经济发展环境和谐稳定的有效支撑,体育交往是推动经济高水平对外开放的独特渠道。应从推广全民健身运动、提高竞技体育水平、加快构建现代体育产业体系、弘扬民族体育文化、扩大体育开放合作等方面实现体育强国建设助推经济高质量发展。

A systematic research on the connotation of a leading sporting nation in the new era,the logical relationship between a leading sporting nation and high-quality economic development,and its multiple value and effects of a leading sporting nation construction on promoting high-quality economic development is conducted.It is believed that the construction of a leading sporting nation is of great significance to the realization of highquality economic development.Fitness for all is the key guarantee for improving the quality of the labor force while competitive sports are a strong core for promoting the integration of sports and economy and society.In the meanwhile,the sports industry is an important engine for the transformation and upgrading of economic momentum;sports culture can effectively help to maintain a harmonious and stable economic development environment;sports communication is a unique channel to promote high-level economic opening up.It is suggested to promote the fitness for all,improve the level of competitive sports,accelerate the construction of a modern sports industry system,promote national sports culture,and expand sports opening-up and cooperation so as to achieve the high-quality economic development through building a sporting nation.
