竞技体育举国体制的理论意涵、历史溯源与时代创新

Theoretical Implication,Historical Origin and New Connotation of Competitive Sports Whole-nation System

基于政治逻辑、资源配置、国家治理等视角对竞技体育举国体制进行解析,构建整合式竞技体育举国体制理论意涵框架。从集中式与人民化的历史定位、社会化与市场化的历史演进、责任化与协同化的历史担当三方面追溯竞技体育举国体制的历史渊源,以历史溯源厘定制度主线。基于中国式现代化新征程和以人民为中心的发展观确立竞技体育举国体制的新理念,基于举国体制与市场机制相融合的协同结构创设竞技体育举国体制的新机制,基于动力结构和举国方式拓展竞技体育举国体制的新体系。

Based on the perspectives of political logic,resource allocation and national governance,this study reinterprets the whole-nation system of competitive sports,trying to build an integrated theoretical framework.It traces its historical origin from three aspects,that is,the centralized and popularized historical positioning,the socialized and marketized evolution,and the historical responsibility and coordination,which determines the major route development of the system.The new concept of the nationwide system of competitive sports is established based on the new journey of Chinese modernization and the viewpoint of people-centered development.Its new mechanism is created based on the collaborative structure and inevitable way of an integrated nationwide system and market mechanism;while its new innovation system is expanded based on the dynamic structure nationwide.
